- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with emphasis in human resources administration, risk management or health policy preferred.
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft product suite
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.

- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time.
