  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Maintain and update filing systems, manage inventory, and handle scanning and mailing tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Clean and restock break rooms, conference rooms, and supply cabinets to support a comfortable and productive workplace.

  • General experience with and knowledge of office technology (computers, printers, database systems)

  • Skilled in organization and prioritization of workloads in order to meet required deadlines
  • Interest in working in a highly collaborative team with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work in-office five (5) days a week
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to lift/move boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
