Receptionist
Are you a fun and energetic person who loves to make a positive first impression? As our receptionist, you will work amazing professionals to provide WOW! customer service to callers, visitors, and our Associates throughout the Midwest. You will be an advocate for people and a go-to expert for front desk operations. You will work with a diverse team and be a positive role model for Lockton in the office and in the communities we serve.
What you will do:
- Manage Webex phone system, efficiently connect our callers to our people.
- Welcome all visitors to Lockton and make them feel at home.
- Keep our lobby and meeting rooms in top shape throughout the day.
- Manage meeting room requests, multiple calendars, and tasks to assist Associates in ensuring meeting success.
- Monitor team Outlook mailbox and collaborate with internal services teams for special projects.
- Be our property management liaison to resolve facility issues.
- Manage building access cards for STL office.
- Assist visiting Associates with workstation and meeting space reservations and be our go-to for Space IQ.
- Process mail and work with shipping vendors to meet important deadlines.
- Manage incoming checks and prepare deposits.
- Prepare and submit assigned expense reports.
- Manage business card requests, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Brighten peoples’ day!
- Multi-line receptionist experience in a business office environment is a plus.
- Fluency in the English language, using proper grammar with exemplary verbal, listening, written and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Team player ready to share responsibilities and promote a positive environment.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong desire to help others.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Exemplary organizational and multi-tasking skills.
