Sr Account Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance/Risk Management, International Affairs or equivalent education and/or experience
- Strong working knowledge of commercial property/casualty coverages and services
- Extensive insurance industry knowledge through experience ideally Energy and or multinational
- Ability to work in a fast-past environment with short deadlines and complex risks
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work on several deals at once and have strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to organize and manage time efficiently to prioritize heavy workloads and meet all time-sensitive deadlines
- Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and quickly executing oral and written instruction
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and to develop strong client relationships
- Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives
- Effective ability to delegate within a team environment
- Be efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and similar applications including use of spreadsheet applications and formula calculations
- Legally able to work in the United States / no sponsorship available
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
