Requirements


1. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.


2. 1-3 years’ administrative experience in a professional office environment required.


3. Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications and formula calculations.


4. High aptitude for mathematical calculations including multiplication, division and percentages.


5. Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines.


6. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including research and investigation.


7. Demonstrated understanding of when to proceed alone and when to involve other Associates.


8. Demonstrated ability to understand and execute oral and written instruction.


9. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility.


10. Ability to communicate professionally with external clients.


11. Willingness and ability to expand knowledge and effectiveness in the commercial insurance industry by successful completion of extended classes and workshops related to insurance.


12. Ability to input and extract client information from BenefitPoint database.
