  • Respond to Client inquiries and maintain documentation of communication, existing issues, and issue resolutions
  • Complete routine contract review to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide renewal summaries to Client and other invested parties
  • Assist with the issuance and processing of client invoicing and bill discrepancies
  • Review quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed
  • Support Account Managers and Account Executives with marketing, renewal strategy and proposal preparation
  • Participate in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quotes with oversight
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, carriers, and other vendors
  • Inform Client of changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverage
  • Participate in internal department meetings
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance and Risk Management or related field
  • Prior experience/internship within the insurance industry (a plus)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates/clients
  • Strong technical aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excitement and natural curiosity to learn and develop in a supportive environment
  • Legally able to work in the United States
