EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience with a proven track record in account management, project management, population health product development and/or employee benefits.
  • Strong working knowledge of the population health/wellness industry and vendors.
  • Proven experience training and leading people.
  • Proven experience delivering on strategy to support business growth and optimize client service
  • Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams on a professional level to address issues that produce optimum results in a timely manner.
  • Ability to analyze data sets for client specific observations, trends and develop solutions using the datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing complex reports using intermediate skills in Excel – including multiple data sets, pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Experience in managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, along with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to travel 30%
