Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking an Associate Account Executive for the Health Risk Solutions team to provide technical support and serve as a point of contact for employee benefit programs, specifically those related to employee wellbeing and population health management.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism; possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities.  


Description:

  • Providing assistance in strategic planning and consulting advice to clients to include assistance with the production of Requests for Proposal, coordinating vendor responses, analysis and comparison of RFP responses, and preparation of a client report with recommendations
  • Assist in developing a vendor implementation plan with client to include assistance with coordinating and attending meetings
  • Assist in the review of all agreements and/or documents related to client’s business
  • Manage ongoing day-to-day operations as it relates to vendors and client health risk solutions programs
  • Provide limited assistance to clients on compliance issues (clients are directed to seek legal counsel on complex issues)
  • Support Health Risk Solutions team with health risk solutions projects, presentations, development and distribution of benchmarking, and communications
  • Request Infolock/Health Risk Solutions reports and prepare initial client presentation
  • Ability to manage the InfoLock report request process
  • Participate in internal office meetings as required
  • Act as liaison for internal practice initiatives
  • Limited travel will be required. (10%).
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

 


Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a health promotion, human resources, or business-related field or equivalent experience in employer benefits or the insurance industry
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in supporting or delivering employee benefit programs or worksite wellness
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships with multiple clients
  • A firm working knowledge of the worksite wellness industry and vendors preferred
  • Ability to interact with vendors effectively
  • Excellent computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet expertise
  • Experience in developing written materials that support health promotion efforts 
  • Experience in managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Legal right to work in the United States
