Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business related field and/or years of experience equivalent
•    5 or more years of global employee benefits experience 
•    Strong working knowledge of group benefits, services, programs and elements of marketing lines of coverage
•    Strong working knowledge of differing financial arrangements and products available to clients. Ability to perform/analyze renewal projections for fully insured and self-funded clients
•    Firm understanding of concepts, issues, and overall impact of market pricing
•    Working knowledge of federal and state legislation and legal issues related to the insurance industry
•    Personal presence to interface with top management of other businesses, representing Lockton in the highest profession and ethical manner
•    Demonstrates professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives 
•    Flexible working style and ability to effectively direct remote team members
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic planning skills
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
•    Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
•    Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
•    Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
•    Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
•    Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
•    Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
•    Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
•    Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
