Communications Specialist
Specific Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Preparing and distributing various communications for Lockton clients, to include print, electronic, presentations and videos.
- Supporting the creation and implementation of communication strategies that ensure Lockton clients employees understand their employee benefit inititatives.
- Project Management of materials through production process (print, video etc.)
Requirements
- BA/BS in Corporate Communication, Liberal Arts, English, Business Administration or Marketing.
- 1 - 3 years of experience specializing in internal and/or organizational communication.
- Production experience using Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint
- Experience with Graphic Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tailor messages to specific constituencies and audiences
- Experience working with a wide variety of communication vehicles to include print, electronic, intranet and video.
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Social media
- Prior Employee Benefits or Health Insurance experience
- Familiarity with digital communication technologies to include WordPress and HTML/CSS.
