The most qualified candidate will possess the following:
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and business development collateral
- Experience in the private sector strongly preferred
- Prior experience with professional document proofreading and editing experience
- Knowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation
- Exceptional persuasive writing capabilities, including ability to communicate complex ideas through organized, clear, and concise messaging
- Professional verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Associates
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In Design) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and problem solve
- Self-motived, ability to multitask and deliver results within short deadlines (nights, weekends, and holidays at times)
- Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time.
- Ability to develop and/or assist Associates in developing compelling themes, discriminators, and messaging
- Legally able to work in the United States
