The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing a cutting-edge digital content strategy based on Lockton’s business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop overall content plan to achieve Lockton business objectives and oversee external, internal and social channel strategy execution to ensure precise and consistent message delivery
  • Lead and work with cross functional team executing channel strategies
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, coordinating with team members, managing department deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, pay-per-click, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives and makes recommendations based on findings
  • Develop, coordinate and support content strategy execution for Series and Producers
  • Perform writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, web content, social media posts, blogs, and online advertising
  • Oversee organization-wide online advertising initiatives, including Search Engine Marketing, banner advertising, and social media advertising
  • Maintain precise messaging and branding consistency across online platforms
  • Compile competitive information
  • Develop and oversee execution of the organization-wide social media strategy, ongoing content development, and customer engagement. This is including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and WordPress (FLVS Blog)
  • Work with and manage external partners as needed to achieve digital marketing goals
  • Prioritize and complete special projects as assigned
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others
  • All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and /or targets established

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing or related field and/or years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining constant level of high quality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated
  • Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
  • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Legally able to work in the United States
