Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in a management role within the Employee Benefits consulting business required
Bachelor's degree in a communications-related program or equivalent business education and/or experience in the insurance industry
Working knowledge of group benefits in multiple product lines (e.g., medical, dental, life, AD&D, disability)
Exemplary tactful negotiation and persuasion skills with ability to mentor and develop unit Associates in these areas
Superior customer service skills, along with the ability to develop sound client relationships with multiple clients; demonstrated ability to instill confidence and comfort with clients
Full proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility, along with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
