REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, general business, or equivalent education/experience preferred.
  • Five to seven years professional experience performing executive-level sales support or similar administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Advanced skills with email and calendar systems such as Outlook.
  • Experience with internet, including knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media for the purposes of professional networking.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize busy workload to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Firm, fluent grasp of the English language with high-level verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to instill confidence and comfort with co-workers.
  • Ability to make decisions in compliance with established company standards of quality performance and service.
  • Appropriately assertive personal presence to interface with clients, associates and other individuals, in both one-on-one and group situations; represent Lockton in the highest professional manner.
  • Strong value of service to others.
  • Ability to multi-task with ability to respond and refocus quickly.
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and to stay for more than one day and night in commercial lodging facilities.
