Financial Wellness Consultant
Qualifications:
Excellent presentation and communication skills; a proven ability to explain complex topics and motivate others to take immediate action.
Project management skills including the ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, clients and associates to deliver expected services on time and on budget.
Experience with financial services and products including qualified retirement plans, investment securities, credit refinancing services and insurance. Financial planning experience a plus.
FINRA registered Series 65, or the ability to become registered within 6 months of hire.
Organizational skills to track, report and manage shifting schedules, budgets and information requests successfully.
Motivated employee able to work independently to prioritize, plan and escalate as necessary in order to achieve business and client objectives within agreed upon budget and timeframes.
Ability to work successfully with all levels within an organization ranging from key decision makers to day-day-to-day administrative staff.
