Health Risk Solutions Consultant
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in business related or healthcare field required or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years’ experience in the Population Health and Well-Being field.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Advanced working knowledge of well-being and health management group benefits, services, and programs.
- Firm understanding of concepts, issues, and overall impact of population health/well-being pricing practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret various financial information and data to facilitate decision-making.
- Proven ability to organize and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.
- Insurance industry knowledge through experience and/or course work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% at times.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and execute oral and written instruction.
- Consistently demonstrated ability to instill confidence with clients so that client looks to you and to Lockton as more than just an employee benefits consultant, but as a partner in business.
- Consistently demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with Lockton Associates and clients at all levels of responsibility.
- Exemplary presentation skills, including preparation and execution.
