Human Resource Business Partner, Northeast
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business-Related Field preferred
- 7+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environment
- PHR, SPHR and or related certification and/or designation strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of state and federal laws
- Ability to communicate and influence individuals and groups to gain buy-in and acceptance of new ideas and approaches
- Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using PeopleSoft (preferred) and Taleo, Applicant Tracking System
- Must be able to prioritize a heavy workload with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Must be trustworthy and handle highly confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
