Core skills and qualifications for success
- 4+ years relevant experience in a Sr internal communications role, ideally in-house
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal audiences
- Understanding and experience with various internal communications channels in a hybrid environment, including with managing an intranet
- Experience with Workplace from Meta is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- A strategic and creative thinker with strong storytelling skills
- Excellent communicator, including experience drafting and publishing written and audio-visual content
- Positive and flexible attitude with a high degree of integrity and professionalism and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- BA in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing is an advantage
