IT Specialist
Position qualifications
- Two to three years of professional IT support experience and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and/or networking required
- High Proficiency with Microsoft systems, including Windows and Office
- Experience with virtual desktop environments preferred
- Experience with SQL Server desired
- Experience with using or supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment which may weigh up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work on equipment whether it is on the floor, on a desk, or in a computer rack
- Legally able to work in the United States
