  • Prepare a variety of high-quality, creative deliverables for internal Associates following established design best practices and established proofreading procedures.
  • Provide proofreading services to IPS team members on a rotating basis.
  • Communicate project status and deadlines to supervisor as needed to ensure personal and department goals are met or exceeded.
  • Attend team and department meetings.
  • Review and update department Graphics Procedure Manual as assigned.
  • Complete special projects as assigned and serve as a resource to team members for creative ideas and technical software issues or questions.


  • Degree in graphic arts or other equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Publisher, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Excel, and InDesign software products.
  • High-level verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal sills to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge effectively to team members.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to go from high-level creative projects to mundane tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Typing speed of 65 WPM with minimum errors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to understand when to proceed alone and when to involve other team members.
  • Exemplary aptitude and proven ability for use of the English language with regard to sentence structure, punctuation, paragraph formation, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work short-notice overtime hours on an as-needed basis.
