Essential duties
- Read emails coming into the shared department email box and follow up appropriately based on requests.
- Intaking revisions to existing projects through Adobe Workfront.
- Route assigned projects to appropriate designers and notify them of the timing.
- Expedite rush requests, alerts team as necessary.
- Perform other work-related responsibilities as assigned.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and structured environment.
- Strong verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility and develop strong client relationships.
- Exceptional ability to understand and execute oral and written instruction.
- Ability to work short-notice overtime hours on an as-needed basis.
