The Key Accounts Analyst provides administrative support involving client written and verbal communications, client filing, compliance, and client data management.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Effectively manage data requests and process, including filing and tracking
  • Maintain Client Service Plan for all assigned clients
  • Work with the BRG and ResourcePro to update and maintain accurate client data within BenefitPoint
  • Review all plan documents from carriers for accuracy for assigned clients
  • Create/Update employee facing communications for assigned clients
  • Responsible for working with the BRG for the audio creation of Brainshark presentations and assisting core teams in the creation process.
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients
  • Assist with termination of clients
  • Work with the BRG for the generation of compliance documentation; complete first-pass review
  • Formatting of client facing presentations for Lockton and/or client Brand Guidelines
  • Take, maintain, and finalize meeting notes
  • Perform analytic activities, including but not limited to, benchmarking, demographic, and SDoH analyses for assigned clients
  • Day-to-day customer service
  • Other duties as assigned by Account/Senior Account Manager, Account Executive, and/or Unit Manager
