Manager, Learning and Development Programs – People Solutions (Employee Benefits)
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or related field OR equivalent work experience in Training/Learning & Development required
- Experience with Insurance and/or Employee Benefits and/or Insurance Brokerage in a client-facing or operations role is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in designing and delivering training, coaching and developing talent in any capacity is preferred
- Successful project management experience leading complex projects and working effectively across several businesses.
- Proven ability to initiate, own, lead, manage, and execute programs and deliverables preferred.
- Strong passion for helping others grow.
