Duties:

  • Responsible for the creating of content and editing of proposals for sales decks.
  • Support the writing and coordinating of activities associated with the Request for Proposal (RFPs) process, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided while remaining consistent with Lockton’s Branding Guidelines
  • Update and maintain a library of the most up-to-date information and resources for RFP work, which will include answer creation and research.
  • Participate in the activities involved in the resolution of issues associated with the RFP process ensuring follow-through to resolution.
  • Partner with implementation teams and management to develop and maintain a keen understanding of our services and capabilities.
  • Coordinate projects with support from Graphic Designers and Consulting Teams and with strict adherence to detailed customer specifications.

 

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or communications
  • Minimum of three years of experience, with a preference for experience in insurance, writing, research, and/or marketing communications.
  • Detail oriented
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to provide presentation coaching
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft suite skills
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, flexible
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Legally able to work in the United States
