Nurse Advocate - Team Lead
Qualifications:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following education, competencies and experience:
Education, Competencies and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current unencumbered RN Licensure
- Minimum of three years Lockton Nurse Advocate experience
- Minimum of five years nursing experience
- Previous experience leading and supporting healthcare programs
- Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to develop and provide teaching programs related to health promotion, disease prevention and injury prevention.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others
- Ability to design, author or create presentations and written materials that support Lockton’s Nurse Advocate program
- Ability to present to and interact professionally with clients, Lockton service teams and other entities as needed
- Demonstrated competence in all biometric screening processes and protocols including height, weight, manual blood pressure and fingerstick / venipuncture blood draws
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage unexpected issues using solid judgment and sound decision making with limited direction
