Operating Payables Specialist
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate of Arts degree in business related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Substantial experience in handling accounts payable duties in an accounting environment.
- General understanding of accounting concepts and procedures.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy individual workload to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Demonstrated professional, tactful problem-solving skill with personal presence to interface with corporate decision makers.
- Ability to work with computer application software for statistical analysis, spreadsheet calculations, and other database analyses.
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft products, i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
