People Solutions Learning and Development Team Lead
Position Qualifications / Desired Skills & Attributes
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., instructional design, human resources, business administration) or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in human capital, people solutions, or employee benefits consulting.
· Strong technical aptitude in field of expertise or ability to absorb technical content and package it in a constructive and educational way.
· Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
· Proficiency in developing and delivering technical training programs using various delivery methods.
· Experience leading and managing a team of L&D professionals.
· Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other online learning tools.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
