Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking a Systems Project Analyst, directly supporting  our proprietary systems. This role will manage and own the systems implementation process for our clients to ensure  a smooth roll out and integration. The Analyst will work closely with our clients and internal teams and will be responsible for the coordination of the systems implementation, testing and client training. The analyst will be responsible for the project timeline and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the process.


  • Manage and organize projects independently
  • Maintain project timelines and keep things moving to meet client expectations and deadlines
  • Client presentations and training on proprietary software
  • Must be able to meet with clients and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with developers and internal teams for client implementation and systems roll out
  • Ongoing system support for internal and external clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal and external groups for resolution.
  • Development and execution of test plans
  • Development of reports using BI tool(s)
  • First point of contact for data management, including knowledge of data structures and system architecture


  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience working with proprietary software systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Excellent Microsoft suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • JIRA Admin experience preferred
  • Jaspersoft experience preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Legal right to work in the United States
