Senior Consultant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Actuarial, Statistics, Economics, or related field and/or years of equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience working on global benefits programs and demonstrated expertise in delivering benefits consulting services to multinational organizations
- Experience consulting in the expat benefit space
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing people
- Current Life & Health license or ability to obtain immediately required
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic planning skills
- Flexible working style and ability to effectively manage remote team members
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within the international brokerage industry
- Understands the nuances of working across borders, with different cultures and with multinational organizations
- Understands global benefit landscape, trends, and government regulations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to attend company and industry events as required
