Senior Global Benefits Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field or liberal arts, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
- Understand employee benefits / insurance at an intermediate level with the ability to learn quickly.
- 4 - 5 years of working experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Excellent computer skills. Proficient in all Microsoft applications with a heavy emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Prior experience with CRM tools a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop sound relationships with team members and external contacts.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and able to maintain deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and comfort working with colleagues in a virtual and phone-based environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Experience in working with cross border benefits to include well developed understanding of underwriting and pricing principles.
- Experience in working with global insurer administration, member service and claims paying systems.
- Experience in local benefits issues. Should possess at least basic knowledge of local benefits in our client’s most common countries.
- Exposure to multinational pooling.
- Project management skills to include the development, population and maintenance of project tracker tools.
- Ability to think intuitively, assertively and creatively.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge
- Degree in international studies or business is desired though not required.
- Experience working or living abroad helpful though not required.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
