Senior HR Business Partner
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Human Resources experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading others.
• Experience at building effective relationships, credibility and rapport with business partners and leaders in a corporate setting.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to be flexible and adapt to constant changing work demands.
• Proficient user with Microsoft Products to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
