Our ideal candidate will:
· Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise around small group health products and opportunities
· Maintain strong client relationships in both personal and professional settings
· Establish and maintain carrier-partner relationships
· Be responsible for the financial performance of small group health lines
· Initiate and manage the renewal process in a timely manner
· Review and negotiate contracts with small group health vendors
· Identify opportunities for business expansion in the small group health market
· Facilitate project management and product development activities for small group health products
· Coordinate the development of training materials and sales resources

Requirements
· Extensive working knowledge of small group health programs and a demonstrated willingness to maintain current industry proficiency
· Experience in marketing and servicing the insurance needs of small group health plans
· Working knowledge of regulatory requirements of small group health plans
· Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
· Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret claim financial information and data to facilitate decision-making
· Demonstrated analytical skills, presentation ability, and negotiation prowess
· Personal presence to interface with top management of other businesses, including carriers, representing Mylo in the highest professional manner
· Excellent time-management skills
· Ancillary insurance product knowledge (life, disability, dental, vision) is ideal but not required
