Talent Acquisition Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- 4 years of recruitment experience, including national search experience in a corporate environment or with an executive search firm required. Insurance industry, hospitality, or other service industry experience preferred.
- Experience hiring for numerous vacancies, simultaneously, in an extremely competitive labor market.
- Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates.
- Ability to draft job descriptions and translate must-have qualifications into interview questions and candidate assessments.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder who can engage new people with confidence and positively represent the organization.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, humility, cultural competence, feedback skills, and the ability to sustain trusted relationships with a wide array of people.
- Results oriented and organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (preferably Taleo), data management/reporting techniques, MS Suite, and collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of employment law, state and federal rules and regulations related to recruitment and employment processes.
- Experience planning and facilitating behavioral-based interview training for managers a plus.
