The Southeast Series Talent Development Coordinator within the Risk Solutions team, focuses on coordinating and supporting learning programs for associates in the Southeast region. Need to commute to Buckhead office - full time position. 

•Coordinate learning programs: Manage scheduling, communication, room setup, attendance tracking, and basic tech support for onsite and virtual talent development sessions. Works closely with SMEs to keep course content current and supports various training initiatives to include the Account Analyst Boot Camp, Associate workshops and national leadership programs. 

• Support onboarding and additional duties: Responsibilities include facilitating talent development components of new hire orientation, assigning eLearning content via the Lockton LMS, coordinating systems training, maintaining the Talent Development intranet page, managing feedback surveys, assisting associates with industry designations, and supporting the summer college intern program.

Qualifications and work environment: The role prefers candidates with a bachelor’s degree and insurance experience, requiring strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position is full-time, preferably based in Atlanta with other Southeast locations considered, and requires less than 25% travel.
