Team Lead - Insurance Processing
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in business or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Solid aptitude for mathematical proficiency.
- Prior management experience or leading a group.
- Organizational and time management skills to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to speak, understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
- Ability to use word processing and database software in an automated office environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products, i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
