Telemarketing Customer Service Representative
Manage provided leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Gain familiarity with insurance products, eligibility, and coverage options
Place outbound phone calls to customers who have requested insurance information
Collect and document information received through questionnaire
Communicate with customers in a clear, concise manner over the phone
Collaborate with various departments to streamline process and procedures to enhance customer experience.
Protect the confidentiality of information learned in performing the duties of the position
Requirements:
Flexibility to work Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays
