- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field, and two or more years of related employee benefits, retirement, compensation, and/or leave administration experience
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates
- Effective planning and priority setting
- Ability to follow project timelines and meet deadlines or communicate anticipated concerns meeting deadlines
