US Cyber and Technology Product Leader
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, cybersecurity, or related program preferred, or equivalent education and/or experience required.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the insurance industry, with a strong technical knowledge of cyber and technology vertical, including experience in either broking, underwriting and/or claims.
- Strong interpersonal characteristics as evidenced by abilities to develop relationships and create rapport with clients, team members, executive leadership, and markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — the ability to communicate complex topics in simple to understand terms with credibility, confidence, and professional poise.
- Ability to develop and thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen understanding of the commercial insurance marketplace and insurance operations.
- Solid understanding, acceptance, and promotion of the Lockton culture, remaining consistent with the organization’s philosophies and mission statement.
- Current insurance license or ability to obtain immediately.
- Willingness to travel or extend work hours as needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
